Dogs have been known to attack unprovoked. Like a dog attacking a sleeping baby. That’s besides the point.

Dogs are dangerous. You have to train a dog not to be dangerous. You have to add various procedures  to keep children safe from dogs.  How is a dog not dangerous?

Take children out of it.

Dogs attack elderly on the streets.

They attack delivery workers.

Dogs are dangerous no matter the situation or the person.
