The kitten most likely would die, as it is winter. Or, it might be eaten by a predator. It might be poisoned by someone who hates cats.
If it lived, then it might be found by someone who would take it into their own home. Or, it could live on your property, but behave as a feral cat. Its health will be poor, as it will be subject to coming into contact with other animals that might be sick. The cat will have parasites, fleas, ticks, and could even develop rabies.
It is much better to keep a kitten inside and let it go into the fresh air via a cat enclosure or a catio.
